What are you looking forward to most about being in the Celebrity Big Brother house?
"I think being away from my phone. I think we've forgotten about what it's like to be human beings and to be present in the space. I love nothing more than sitting in my conservatory and looking out at my garden, without my phone. And I'm looking forward to actually having conversations with people and listening to stories - because there'll be some fascinating people in there. As an actor I just love people watching."
What are you going to miss the most while you're in the House?
"Mr Bigs - my cat. I can't handle it. In my head, I've just got to survive a week – because I'm doing this for Mr Bigs. If I don't get paid, he doesn't get the beef. He's got a great life and I just love our morning cuddles. Oh, and of course I'm also going to miss my friends and family, of course. But it's definitely going to be Mr Bigs."
How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Is there anything that's likely to annoy you?
"If anyone's rude - that'll grate on me. Loud eaters too - I just don't understand it. I have misophonia so any unnecessary noises just mess with my head. And nail biting. But if I find that something is getting to me, I'll move myself away from the situation. Everyone's got their habits, I understand that. I'll just spend my time in the bath..."
Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? What would you say your strengths are?
"Cleaning! I'm really good at cleaning. This is why I don't have shellac nails on because I'm constantly cleaning. I love a good bleach. I can be quite particular, so I'm happy to wash up etc. But I wouldn't like people to take advantage - I'm not coming to clear the dinner table and take the plates away. They can bring the plates to me and I'll happily wash up. I don't know about the toilets though."
What are you most likely to be nominated for?
"Telling people to stop biting their nails. Actually, I won't tell people to stop biting their nails. I'll actually kindly ask. Or moaning that if someone's snoring, I'd probably be a bit grumpy. But then I think I snore so I can't really say anything. It's a bit of a tricky situation. Or maybe it'll be because I've taken too much hot water because I will be in that bath. I have a bath at home every night."
