ITV has confirmed that it will broadcast England's Euro 2020 semi-final against Denmark on Wednesday night.
Gareth Southgate's side booked their place in the last four courtesy of a 4-0 victory over Ukraine last night, with a peak of over 21 million viewers tuning in to the BBC's coverage.
The BBC had first pick of the quarter-final matches, with ITV getting first stab at the semis, and unsurprisingly the broadcaster has chosen the England game, which will kick off at 8pm at Wembley.
As a result BBC One will be showing the other semi-final match, Italy taking on Spain, on Tuesday night.
The news means that ITV's soaps - Emmerdale and Coronation Street - will now air on Tuesday night instead of Wednesday, with hour-long specials being shown from 8pm.
Under the terms of their broadcast arrangement, both the BBC and ITV will air next Sunday's final.
