Fox News has confirmed that cameraman Pierre Zakrzewski and consultant producer Oleksandra Kuvshynova have been killed in an attack near the Ukrainian capital of Kiev.
The incident - reportedly the result of Russian military fire - also left British Fox News correspondent Benjamin Hall injured, with unconfirmed reports suggesting that he may have lost part of his leg.
Zakrzewski, 55, had worked as a war videographer for many years, covering the conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria, and had been based in Ukraine since February.
Kuvshynova, meanwhile, was a 24-year-old producer who had been working with the Fox team on the ground over the last month helping to deliver their coverage of the conflict.
Fox News chief executive Suzanne Scott said in a note to employees: "Today is a heartbreaking day for Fox News Media and for all journalists risking their lives to deliver the news."
The news comes a day after US journalist Brent Renaud, who was working on a feature for TIME, was killed by Russian forces near Kiev.
