Ronnie's panicked when Ed reveals that he has hired a surveyor to speed up the potential purchase of a plot of land which has planning permission for six houses.

Ronnie hears Henry informing the Rovers staff that his dad plans to sell the brewery but he's doing everything he can to talk him out of it. Later, when Ed reveals that he's put in a bid for the land, Ronnie's forced to come clean and admit that he blew all of the money on shares in Newton & Ridley which have now tanked.

The walls close in on Stephen
Tim tells Sarah that Stephen had claimed he was being coercively controlled by Gabrielle but then tried to pass her off as a business consultant to Elaine. Meanwhile, Audrey receives a statement from an equity release company and starts to wonder if it is connected to the visit from an estate agent organised by Stephen.

Carla's shocked to hear from Lou that Rufus had been taking LSD, and when she describes his symptoms it sounds very familiar to Carla. Later, Carla shares her theory with Roy that someone had been spiking her with LSD, but Roy's not convinced and thinks she's suffering from paranoia again.

Jenny informs Daisy that she has officially signed over the Rovers before heading into the back room with Stephen. He tells her that it's time she started prioritising herself and kisses her passionately. Jenny takes Stephen by the arm and leads him upstairs...

After some wise words from Shelly, Paul suggests to Billy that they go out for an afternoon at the lake - and when there, they decide to go skinny dipping.

When Paul and Bernie call in to see Shelly, they find her flat filled with parcels containing laptops. Shelly admits to buying and selling laptops using her old company credit card in order to fund her care.
