Coronation Street producers have reportedly offered new deals to keep Jack P Shepherd (David Platt) and Alan Halsall (Tyrone Dobbs) on the show.
The pair have been on Corrie for more than 20 years, with Halsall making his debut in 1998 and Shepherd taking over the role of David in 2000.
The news comes shortly after Andy Whyment (Kirk Sutherland) signed a new one-year extension to remain on the soap, having also been a regular fixture in Weatherfield for the last two decades.
"They want all the lads to sign on," a source told the newspaper. "They are called the Three Musketeers as they've grown up on the show together, from kids to men."
In keeping with the soap's policy on contract length, the offers are thought to be for a further 12 months only.
