The Mitchells gather to pay their respects at Aunt Sal's funeral, with Alfie stepping in for Kat. When Sam pressures Billy and Ben into attending, Phil's suspicious that she may have an ulterior motive.
At the funeral, Sal's husband Harold gives a moving eulogy which even brings Phil to tears. Later, at the wake, Sam's shocked when Harold tells her that Sal left her, Phil and Grant £100k to split - and she wastes no time in demanding her share, but Phil refuses.
After learning from Alfie that Phil slept with Emma, Sam returns to Peggy's to blackmail her brother.
