EastEnders star Bobby Brazier is reportedly one of the producers' top targets for this year's Strictly Come Dancing.
The 20-year-old - son of the late Jade Goody - joined the cast of the soap last year playing Freddie Slater and quickly became a fan favourite.
Strictly has a long tradition of having EastEnders stars as contestants, with the likes of James Bye, Maisie Smith and Rose Ayling-Ellis all competing in recent years, and The Sun says that Brazier is in line to become the latest to hit the dancefloor.
"Bobby is the dream signing for Strictly - he's a young heart-throb who comes with a huge fanbase," a source told the newspaper.
"He also has a very personal backstory and there's so much love out there for Jade.
"There's a few last-minute details to sort but the talks are in final stages."
The new series of Strictly begins on BBC One in September.
