Chas meets "Simon"
On the anniversary of Grace's death, Chas is frustrated when Eve insists on going to the swing instead of visiting Grace's grave. She is joined at the graveyard by Paddy, who reflects on how life has moved on as she masks her inner torment.

Harry approaches Chas claiming to be 'Simon' and offers her a drink, which she accepts. They seem to get along famously, bonding over their late children, and later she gives him a sofa for the night. When Chas goes up to bed, Harry searches the living room and looks coldly at a photo of her with Caleb.

An unimpressed Paddy catches Simon as he heads out of the pub but Chas refuses to talk about him. Paddy lets Chas know that Eve wants to live with him from now on, causing her to make a snarky comment about Mandy's parenting abilities.

Claudette watches on feeling conflicted as Charles delivers the eulogy that Victor deserved. Will they reconcile?

Charity feels the guilt
Having heard about Mack's engagement, Charity charms Liam into taking her on a date at the B&B - and when Chloe and Mack arrive for their own date, Bob seats them on the next table. Jealousy soon gets the better of Charity, however, and she ends up lashing out at Liam.

Charity bumps into Chloe, who suddenly becomes concerned when Reuben develops a hot temperature. Panicking, she asks Charity to drive them to the hospital. It turns out to be a false alarm, but Chloe's glad to have cleared the air with Charity, who feels guilty over her fling with Mack.

Lydia opens up to Kim
Samson visits Craig at the office and asks him why his work experience was cut short. Craig uses the opportunity to give the youngster a twisted version of the truth, making Samson believe that something went on with him and Lydia. Later, a determined Mandy accosts Samson and is led to believe that Lydia has been having an affair with Craig.

Lydia's horrified when Mandy asks if she's been having an affair and runs out in a panic. Later, Kim spots Lydia crying - and unable to take Craig's lies any more, Lydia tells Kim everything.
