Reigning Eurovision champion Duncan Laurence will perform at the first semi-final and the final of this year's contest, it has been announced.
The 26-year-old won the 2019 contest for the Netherlands with his track 'Arcade', which has become a global hit in the last few months due to a viral resurgence on TikTok.
Laurence will open the first semi-final on May 18 then perform both 'Arcade' and a new track during the final itself four days later.
"I am really looking forward to performing at the Eurovision Song Contest," he told the official Eurovision website. "We have all had to wait so long for it, but it is almost there.
"It is very special to be able to return to the stage where it all started for me two years ago."
Show organiser Gerben Bakker added: "It is special to work with Duncan and his creative team.
"In recent months, we have worked hard to present performances at a high level. In short: the quality that we are used to from Duncan Laurence and with which he brought this unique festival to our country.
"I am convinced that with his performance in the Grand Final he will touch the viewers again."
