Tusse wins Melodifestivalen, will represent Sweden at Eurovision
Tusse wins Melodifestivalen 2021 and with it, the ticket to represent Sweden at this year's Eurovision Song Contest.

Tusse has been crowned winner of Melodifestivalen 2021 and as a result will represent Sweden at this year's Eurovision Song Contest.

The 19-year-old - winner of Swedish Idol in 2019 - is of Congolese descent and had been the bookies' favourite with his powerful ballad 'Voices'.

The song has already peaked at number three in the Swedish singles chart and topped not only the international jury vote but also the public vote in the final by a landslide.

Eric Saade finished second, while The Mamas - winners of last year's MelFest - came third, again one point ahead of Dotter, who settled for fourth place with the one-time favourite 'Little Tot'.
