Barbara Pravi has been chosen to represent France at this year's Eurovision Song Contest.
The 27-year-old singer songwriter triumphed on Saturday night's national selection show, Eurovision France – C'est vous qui décidez!, winning both the jury vote and the at-home televote with her song 'Voila'.
As a member of the 'Big 5', France automatically earns a place in the final of the contest, meaning that Pravi will not be required to compete in the semi-finals in May.
Last year, France selected Tom Leeb as its representative but the contest was cancelled due to coronavirus - and Leeb did not throw his hat in the ring for reselection this year.
