ITV's next big reality series, Don't Rock The Boat, airs on ITV primetime across next week.
Hosted by Freddie Flintoff and AJ Odudu, the show splits 12 celebrities into two teams and presents them with a challenge of high endurance - a rowing race across the length of Great Britain, starting in St. Ives on the South Coast and finishing up in Lochinver in Scotland.
