Ranvir Singh to leave Good Morning Britain?

Ranvir Singh could reportedly leave Good Morning Britain next year following her success on Strictly Come Dancing.

Ranvir Singh could reportedly leave Good Morning Britain early next year following her success on Strictly Come Dancing.

The 43-year-old has been a dark horse on the ballroom contest and on last night's show earned an impressive score of 27 out of 30 for her Viennese Waltz with professional partner Giovanni Pernice.

Singh serves as the Political Editor on GMB and has been part of the show and its predecessor Daybreak for more than eight years, but according to the Daily Mail, there are doubts over whether she will sign a new deal when her contract is up for renewal in the New Year.

A source told the newspaper: "Ranvir is bigger than standing on Downing Street in the rain in the early hours of the morning now.

"She has shown her true self on Strictly and is now quite the star."

Viewers will find out if Singh has made it through to the semi-final of Strictly tonight at 7.30pm on BBC One.
