A revenge plan is set in motion after a shocking secret is revealed to the village. Meanwhile, Grace admits to Freddie that she deliberately got herself shot in order to save their relationship.
Oscar wakes up in hospital and learns that he won't be able to hear very well for a while as he needs his implant replacing following the altercation with Ro. Nancy admits to Darren that she doesn't think there's a way back for them after the trust was broken.
Meanwhile, Ste is convinced that Jez has something to do with the disappearance of Fernando the stray cat and, spotting fresh soil in one of the flower beds at the allotment, he starts digging...

Maxine becomes convinced that Dodger is hiding something and confronts him - what will he say? Grace gives Maxine a free designer bag in the hopes that she will admit who she's dating and lead her to the mole.
Elsewhere, Cleo sees Ste with Abe's watch and he admits that he found it in Jez's allotment.

Frankie announces to Nancy and Darren that she's moving in with Lucas and Dillon. Later, while cleaning up after a party Lucas finds a spice vape - and Dillon and Frankie 'fess up to using it. Rex arrives and tells them that he needs to store some bags there, leaving Lucas shocked by the revelation that Rex owns the place. Concerned, Lucas calls the police and informs them that Rex is storing stolen goods.
Grace gifts Maxine another bag, but this time with a tracker inside. As the pair chat about men, Grace convinces Maxine to meet up with her mystery man one last time to check that there's nothing left worth fighting for.
Meanwhile, Ste tells John Paul that he's convinced Jez killed Fernando.
