AJ Pritchard reportedly signs a deal to appear on the new series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

Former Strictly Come Dancing pro AJ Pritchard has reportedly signed on the dotted line to appear on the next series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

Due to coronavirus the show is being relocated from Australia to Gwrych Castle on the North Coast of Wales and will begin later next month.

ITV has yet to officially confirm any of the celebrities in the lineup, but according to the Daily Mail, 25-year-old Pritchard has now agreed a deal to take part, seven months on from quitting the BBC ballroom show.

"AJ is really excited – he can't wait to get going and for the show to start," a source close to Pritchard told the newspaper.

"It was always his aim to do more TV work after leaving Strictly and there's no bigger challenge than I'm A Celeb.

"He's an early riser, into his fitness and a dedicated person – he hopes being part of camp will give viewers the chance to get to know him better."

Others thought to be in the frame for the show are Coronation Street's Beverley Callard, politician Nigel Farage, TV host Vernon Kay and Katie Price's ex-husband Kieran Hayler.
