The Love Island contestants will be treated to a screening of the Euro 2020 final on Sunday night in a suspension of the show's usual rules.
England are through to their first major tournament final since 1966 and will face off against Italy in a mouthwatering clash at Wembley, with kickoff set for 8pm on Sunday.
During their time in the villa, the Islanders are usually forbidden from receiving any news from the outside world but given the magnitude of the occasion, producers have decided to let them watch along live with the rest of the nation.
A source told The Sun: "As it's such a special occasion, the match will be screened in the villa as a treat for the islanders.
"The cast - especially footballer Toby - have been talking about it non-stop so they'll be over the moon when they find out the news."
To avoid clashing with the game, Sunday night's edition of Love Island has been moved from 9pm to 10pm on ITV2, with Love Island: Aftersun following on at 11pm.
