Love Island to be filmed in London?

The new series of Love Island could reportedly be filmed in a London mansion rather than the usual Mallorca villa.

The new series of Love Island could reportedly be filmed in London rather than Mallorca due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Producers are said to be going all out to get the show on the air this summer despite the ongoing threat of COVID-19, which has killed almost 175,000 people worldwide to date.

According to The Mirror, one proposal on the table would see the singletons move into a London mansion for several weeks rather than the traditional sun-kissed location in the Balearics.

Other potential locations are said to include Cornwall, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight or even the Scottish highlands.

The ITV2 reality show traditionally starts in June but could now be pushed back until August.
