Zara McDermott 'determined to win Sam Thompson back'

Zara McDermott is said to be determined to get back with Made In Chelsea co-star Sam Thompson after their split last month.

Made In Chelsea's Zara McDermott is said to be "determined" to win back her co-star boyfriend Sam Thompson after their split last month.

The couple are thought to have broken up after 16 months of dating amid allegations that she had an affair with a music industry executive during last year's The X Factor: Celebrity.

Thompson, 28, is now sequestered filming a celebrity edition of Channel 4's The Circle and according to The Sun, McDermott is planning to meet up with him as soon as he leaves.

"Their relationship is hanging in the balance," a source told the newspaper. "Sam left to film The Circle saying he couldn't be with Zara right now.

"She's fighting so hard to get him back. She's going to do everything she can to prove he can trust her again.

"Even though it's split them apart right now, people have got through worse in their relationships and gone on to be stronger.

"She loves him so much and isn't giving up hope that he'll forgive her.

"There are plans for them to meet up as soon as Sam is back. It'll be make or break for their relationship."

McDermott appeared to reference the rumours in a social media post on Saturday night which had the caption "it's never black and white".
