Robert Downey Jr discusses Iron Man's Marvel future

Robert Downey Jr talks about his possible involvement in future MCU movies.

Robert Downey Jr has said that he is "done" with Marvel after the events of Avengers: Endgame.

The epic movie saw Downey Jr's Tony Stark / Iron Man sacrifice himself in order to stop super-villain Thanos, and the film ended with Stark's funeral.

Rumours are abound that Iron Man may have a cameo in the upcoming prequel movie Black Widow, which shows the origins of the also-deceased character, played by Scarlett Johansson.

Asked about that speculation on the acting podcast SmartLess, the 55-year-old replied abruptly: "That's all done."

Downey Jr is now working on producing the Netflix series Sweet Tooth, based on the DC comic of the same name.
