Tom Holland has admitted that he is unsure whether the new Spider-Man movie will be his last playing the superhero.
The highly-anticipated film - Spider-Man: No Way Home - is due out last month and will introduce the multiverse to the MCU in a serious way, with rumours still rife that former Spidey stars Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield could make an appearance.
Talking to Empire magazine, Holland described his last day of filming the flick as "a bittersweet day" and hinted that some kind of twist will put his future in the balance.
"I honestly don't know [if that's it]," he said. "It's the first time since I got cast as Spider-Man that I don't have a contract.
"And it's... it's just really difficult for me to talk about, because there are so many things I'd love to talk about that would help me embellish what I'm trying to explain. But I can't, because it would just ruin the film."
Spider-Man: No Way Home is due for release on December 17.
