Love Island star Chloe Burrows is the latest name linked with the Celebrity MasterChef lineup for this year.
The 28-year-old appeared on the summer 2021 edition of the dating show and has since gone on to take part in Scared of the Dark and Celebs Go Dating.
The reality star is thought to have been offered the chance to enter the ongoing Love Island: All Stars series but the Daily Mail says that she turned it down in order to show off her culinary skills on the BBC's Celebrity MasterChef instead.
"Chloe has a big personality and everyone working on the show is really excited to have her in the lineup," a source told the publication.
"Initially there was a bit of snobbery about signing up Love Island contestants but following the success of both Faye [Winter] and Luca [Bish], casting bosses know they're onto a winner with Chloe.
"She's quite outspoken and funny so everyone is looking forward to seeing what she gets up to in the MasterChef kitchen."
Other new names in the frame for the cookery contest, according to The Sun, include Line of Duty's Rochenda Sandall and comedian Eshaan Akbar, who starred as Principal Lakhani in Sex Education.
Previous stars linked with the show include presenter Edith Bowman, The Traitors fan-favourite Diane Carson, H from Steps, ex-EastEnders actress Danielle Harold, Gladiators' Nitro aka Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, Radio 1Xtra DJ Snoochie Shy and Geordie Shore's Charlotte Crosby.
The show is due to be filmed in the coming weeks for broadcast this summer on BBC One.
