Netflix is reportedly in discussions about dramatising new documentary The Tinder Swindler.
The show - released on the streaming service earlier this week - tells the story of an Israeli fraudster named Shimon Hayut, who conned multiple women out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in extraordinary fashion.
According to Variety, Netflix is now in talks with producers about a movie adaptation - although the negotiations remain "in early stages".
The publication adds that "the tone of a potential film is still being worked out", given Hayut's lack of participation in the documentary.
Since its release, The Tinder Swindler has attracted much buzz on social media and currently ranks as Netflix's most-watched title in the UK.
