Warner Bros. has dropped a new action-packed trailer for Twisters, the upcoming sequel to the classic 1996 disaster movie.

The new film stars Daisy Edgar-Jones as former storm chaser Kate, who is lured back on to the frontline by old friend Javi (Anthony Ramos) to help test a new tornado tracking system.

Along the way they cross paths with Tyler (Glen Powell), a reckless social media star who goes to dangerous lengths to film twisters alongside his equally gung-ho crew.

Twisters is due for release worldwide on July 19.
