Andy Carroll to appear on The Only Way Is Essex?

Newcastle United striker Andy Carroll is offered the chance to appear with wife Billi Mucklow on the next series of The Only Way Is Essex.

Newcastle United striker Andy Carroll could reportedly appear on the next series of The Only Way Is Essex.

The 31-year-old is husband of Billi Mucklow, who previously starred on the ITVBe reality show before leaving in 2013 to set up her own yoga business.

The series celebrates its 10-year anniversary this October and producers are hoping to bring back some of the most memorable former stars to mark the occasion.

According to The Sun, Mucklow has been approached about appearing and her husband Carroll has also been offered a cameo role.

"The team behind TOWIE's special anniversary shows really want them to be special events and highlight how far the cast have come since it began in 2010," a source told the newspaper.

"Bringing back a favourite like Billi is part of that, particularly as she'll have fulfilled the ultimate Essex girl dream of a fairytale romance with a Premier League footballer.

"But the producers have quite a lengthy hit list of people they want to tempt back to mark a decade."

Mucklow is currently pregnant with the couple's third child.
