Carl Woods has launched a staunch defence of girlfriend Katie Price following abuse from internet trolls.
The couple have just celebrated four months together and have operated at breakneck pace, making plans to move in together, get married and have a baby, while over the weekend they revealed that they have had each other's faces tattooed on one another.
Price, 42, has previously declared Woods - 11 years her junior - to be "the one", prompting abuse from online trolls claiming that she has previously said the same about her three former husbands and serious ex-boyfriends.
Speaking on Instagram, Woods said: "Who really cares what she has and hasn't said before? Because anybody that has been with anyone in a relationship - and that includes everybody that comments on our pictures - you've all said the same shit before to the person that you're with at that time.
"I've said all the same shit to people in the past, Katie's said all the same shit to people in the past. So when you're with somebody at that time, you do think that you're going to be together forever.
"Yes, I don't care that Katie's got a past. Everybody knows that Katie's got a past. Guess what, I've got a past as well but nobody knows about that really because I'm not in the public eye.
"Katie knows about it and I know about hers and nobody gives a fuck because it doesn't matter. It's academic, it's in the past, it's about moving forward. And if you didn't have your past, it wouldn't make you who you are now. Katie included.
"If she didn't have all the shit that she did or done all the bullshit that she done, me and her probably wouldn't work out now because she'd still be a different person."
Speaking in an interview with OK! magazine this week, Price revealed that she intends to change her name to "Katie Woods" when the couple get married.
