Girls Aloud planning reunion for 2022?

Nadine Coyle suggests that Girls Aloud may reform for their 20th anniversary in 2022.

Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle has hinted that the group are discussing a reunion to mark their 20-year anniversary in 2022.

The five-piece - Coyle, Cheryl Tweedy, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh - were formed on ITV's Popstars: The Rivals in 2002 and enjoyed a successful career before parting ways in 2013.

The girls notched up 21 top 10 singles, including four number ones, and also won a Brit Award for their 2009 single 'The Promise'.

"I'm 34 years old so to think that I've been doing anything for 20 years is shocking, isn't it?" Coyle told the Thanks A Million podcast.

"There's been loads of conversations and people now are getting in contact, like, 'What do we do?' It's still early."

Coyle appeared on the most recent series of I'm A Celebrity, while Roberts won the first series of ITV's The Masked Singer earlier this year.
