Holly Willoughby 'quits Celebrity Juice after 12 years'

Holly Willoughby reportedly decides to leave Celebrity Juice after 12 years in order to spend more time with her family.

Holly Willoughby has reportedly decided to leave her role as a team captain on Celebrity Juice.

The 39-year-old has been part of the comedy panel show, fronted by Leigh Francis creation Keith Lemon, since it began on ITV2 in 2008.

According to The Sun, the This Morning presenter has decided to step down at the end of the current series, which is airing in a new lockdown format, in order to spend more time with her husband and three children.

"Holly has absolutely loved her time on the show - it's been a huge part of her life, and has really helped to expand her fanbase over the years," a source told the newspaper.

"But she feels now is the right time to bow out and wants to free up a bit more of her busy schedule to spend with her family.

"She's still the best of pals with Leigh Francis and will continue to support the series."

Willoughby had missed a couple of episodes of the current series prior to her decision and was replaced by Take That's Howard Donald.
