The reboot of Supermarket Sweep with Rylan Clark-Neal has been renewed for a second series to air on ITV.
The classic daytime game show was hosted by the late Dale Winton between 1993 and 2001 and again briefly in 2007 before being revived late last year with Clark-Neal as the host.
The first series ran for 20 episodes on ITV2 and has now been greenlit for a second run to air later this year - this time on ITV, most likely as part of the daytime schedule.
"ITV were delighted with Rylan and the show on ITV2, so it's going back to where it belongs on the main channel," a source told The Sun.
"It rated well and it is just what they want to lift the nation's spirits in these odd times. They hope the nostalgia trip, with Rylan at the helm again, will put a smile on the country's face."
As well as Sweep, Clark-Neal is also hosting rebooted versions of You Are What You Wear and Ready Steady Cook, in addition to his roles on Strictly: It Takes Two and This Morning.
