MTV has reportedly begun casting for a British version of Catfish.
The show sees hosts Nev Schulman and Kamie Crawford help people who are in virtual relationships to track down their significant others and find out if they are who they say they are.
The popular series has aired for the last eight years in the US and according to The Sun, work has now started on a localised version.
"There are Catfish stories all over the world and MTV are so excited to bring it to the UK," a source told the newspaper.
"They are already finding some incredible, mysterious online dating stories that need to be told."
The broadcaster previously announced plans for a UK version of the show in 2016 but scrapped the idea later that year.
