Normal People star Paul Mescal is spotted jogging shirtless around East London while wearing his iconic chain from the series.

Normal People heartthrob Paul Mescal has been spotted running shirtless around London wearing his iconic chain from the series.

The 24-year-old, who plays male lead Connell, has been catapulted to global fame in recent weeks following the release of the 12-part drama, earning him legions of fans.

A chain worn by Connell throughout the series has also gained cult appeal, with a dedicated Instagram account for the piece of jewellery amassing more than 150,000 followers.

Just before lockdown began, Mescal moved into a flat in East London and in new paparazzi pictures he has been spotted jogging near his home while wearing the chain.

Mescal recently revealed that he is single and looking forward to dating once the lockdown has ended.
