Britney Spears has revealed that she has been given the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine.

The 39-year-old pop singer shared the news alongside her long-term boyfriend Sam Asghari in a short video on her social media accounts.

"The people on the internet said it was really really bad - it was like a bullet going through your arm," she said.

"It was nothing! I felt nothing, I'm fine, and I hope I continue to stay fine."

According to the latest figures, more than 110 million people in the US have now received at least one dose of the vaccine.
