James Corden has revealed that he hides his awards "in a cupboard" in an effort not to "come unstuck".
The US talkshow host already boasts a Tony Award and nine Emmy Awards to his name, while he is nominated for a best actor gong at tonight's Golden Globes for his role in the Netflix musical The Prom.
Corden has previously admitted that he behaved "like a brat" when he first experienced fame but after visiting a therapist, he now claims to be much more grounded.
Speaking of his award wins, he told The Mirror: "Do you know what, I keep them all in a cupboard. I hide them aways as I don't know if it is necessarily good for me to see them every day and think, 'Oh, look at me.'
"I think that is where you can come unstuck, if you think you are a bit more of a dude than you really are.
"They are all in a cupboard at work and one day I guess I will take them out and look at them, but right now, I guess it is best to try and look forward."
Corden's performance in The Prom was almost universally panned by critics, with one describing his take on a gay actor as "gross and offensive".
