Katie Price will attend the National TV Awards tonight in what will be her first public appearance since her alleged assault last month.
The 43-year-old was taken to hospital with facial injuries in the early hours of August 23 claiming that she was the victim of an "unprovoked" attack at her home.
A man in his 30s, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested on suspicion of assault and coercive behaviour but was later released on bail until later this month.
Price has cancelled two public engagements since the incident but will be present with her son Harvey Price at tonight's NTAs, where they are up for an award for their BBC documentary Katie Price: Harvey and Me.
"Harvey has been incredibly excited about the ceremony and is heading down from his new college to London to attend," a source told The Sun.
"Katie is so happy for him and can't wait to take him and spend some quality time with him at the bash.
"She's so proud of him and the documentary so is really hoping they win.
"[Tonight] is all about Harvey and devoted mum Katie wouldn't miss it for the world."
The NTAs air from 7.30pm on ITV.
