Katie Price and fiancé Carl Woods will reportedly jet off on holiday if she manages to avoid jail when she is sentenced on Friday.
The 44-year-old has previously pleaded guilty to breaking a restraining order by sending abusive text messages to her ex-husband Kieran Hayler about his fiancée.
The crime carries a maximum sentence of five years but she is expected to avoid such a severe punishment when she visits Lewes Crown Court on Friday.
According to The Sun, if she is not sent to prison then she will head off for what will be her sixth holiday of 2022, following on from trips to Belgium, The New Forest, Thailand, Alicante and a yachting trip.
"Katie and Carl have been on their fair share of holidays this year but they really need this break together after all the drama of the last few months," a source told the newspaper.
"Katie is desperately hoping she avoids jail time when she is sentenced on Friday and is trying to think positive.
"She is planning the holiday with the mindset that she will be a free woman, but the whole thing could be off if things don't go her way.
"Of course, if Katie does avoid jail time, the holiday will be the ultimate way to celebrate and the perfect way to draw a line under all the stress of this year so far."
Separately, Price's bankruptcy hearing, which was originally scheduled for earlier this month, has now been postponed until February 2023 in order to give her more time to make inroads into paying off her debts.
