The BBC is reportedly keen to sign up former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas for this year's series of Strictly Come Dancing.
The 36-year-old, who is engaged to TOWIE's Lucy Mecklenburgh, has just completed 10 marathons in the space of 10 days to raise money for charity.
"Ryan turned the show down last year as he didn't want to be apart from Lucy and baby Roman for that long, but he's been offered a place again this year and he's considering it - once he's rested his aching feet that is," a source told The Sun.
"Bosses think he'd be really good on the show. Everyone knows and loves him from Corrie and his ITV show."
Other names thought to be in frame for the new series - due to start on BBC One in September - include Good Morning Britain's Alex Beresford, Line of Duty actor Gregory Piper and Westlife singer Mark Feehily.
