Strictly's Gorka Marquez launches shirtless workout series

Strictly Come Dancing professional Gorka Marquez launches a series of free home workout sessions over Instagram.

Strictly Come Dancing professional Gorka Marquez has launched a new series of free home workouts on his Instagram account.

Earlier this week England re-entered a second coronavirus lockdown, forcing people to stay at home except for a number of limited reasons for the next four weeks.

Marquez, 30, is a known fitness fanatic and has begun posting daily 30-minute workout routines on Instagram to help keep the nation fit during the latest bout of confinement.

"We can all train together," he told his followers. "Let's stay home and stay FIT!"

Marquez and his celebrity partner Maisie Smith remain the favourites to win the current series of Strictly, which continues tonight at 7.25pm on BBC One.
