TOWIE's Harry Derbidge hits back at trolls after overcoming eating disorder

TOWIE star Harry Derbidge hits back at comments over his weight, insisting that he 'looks better than ever' after battling through an eating disorder.

The Only Way Is Essex star Harry Derbidge has said that he feels that he looks better than ever after overcoming a "terrible" eating disorder.

The cousin of Amy Childs made his debut on the long-running reality show as a skinny 16-year-old in 2010 and appeared in the first three series before deciding to leave.

The now-26-year-old has returned to TOWIE in celebration of its 10-year anniversary but has been subject to cruel jibes from internet trolls criticising his weight gain and accusing him of undergoing cosmetic surgery.

Taking to Twitter, Derbidge wrote: "Honestly... I won't say this again, I haven't had any filler or Botox in my face, the only thing I have had done is a tiny bit of lip filler... so can we all stop comparing 16 year old harry to 26 year old harry. It actually makes me laugh...

"And to the saying 'I've piled on the pounds' the answer is... yes I have, I went through a terrible eating disorder and I have worked so hard on myself to over come it over the years, and honestly... I think I look better then ever."

TOWIE continues Sundays and Wednesdays on ITVBe.
