BBC Three announces new challenge series Go Hard or Go Home, hosted by Jordan North.

The BBC has announced details of an endurance challenge series called Go Hard or Go Home.

In the show - hosted by Jordan North - eight people who "feel lost in life" will be paired up with eight fitness gurus for a series of challenges designed to test themselves to the limit.

Among the eight so-called 'Warriors' are former Team GB gymnast Nile Wilson, ex-pro footballer Ashley Cain, MMA fighter Leah McCourt and former international rugby player Heather Fisher.

The process will take place over 28 days on an island, but not all of the pairs are guaranteed to make it to the end as only the toughest are permitted to stay.

Go Hard or Go Home will air on BBC Three from February 19.
