ITV has announced the first nine shows which will premiere exclusively on new streaming service ITVX later this year.
The launch of ITVX in November marks a significant shift in strategy for ITV, which is adopting a 'digital first' approach by premiering most of its programmes on streaming many months ahead of linear TX.
Among the titles premiering on ITVX in its first few weeks on air is Litvinenko, a four-part drama starring David Tennant as the ex-KGB officer who was killed by poisoning in the UK in 2006.
Other dramas include Tell Me Everything, a youth-skewing show following a group of teens; Riches, a six-part "love letter to Black London"; Guy Pearce and Damian Lewis's Cold War thriller A Spy Among Friends; and four-episode psychological thriller Without Sin starring Vicky McClure.
ITVX will also have the feature-length final episode of ITV2 comedy Plebs, titled Plebs: Barbarian Invasion, and new comedy Deep Fake Neighbour Wars, which will use impressionists and deep-fake technology to place celebrities in ridiculous scenarios.
In factual, ITVX will premiere Stephen Fry's natural history documentary A Year On Planet Earth, while in reality TV, ITVX will offer Loaded In Paradise, a show in which participants will party-hop across the Greek islands while competing to take charge of the group's credit card.
