ITVX confirms that reality show Loaded In Paradise will return for a second series.

ITVX has confirmed the return of original reality show Loaded In Paradise for a second series.

The format sees pairs of contestants race each other around the Greek islands, battling to gain control of a credit card which they can use for luxury experiences and high-end treats.

The programme launched late last year as an ITVX exclusive and has since had a linear playout on ITV2.

Satmohan Panesar, commissioning editor of factual ent at ITV, said: "Loaded In Paradise was specially commissioned for ITVX to offer a bingeable, fresh new format in the reality space, with a new take on couples and a strong competitive, action element driving the narrative.

"We're bringing it back for a second run and it promises even more drama, excitement and larger than life characters having fun in the sun."

The new 10-part series will be filmed in Greece over the summer.
