More4 has announced that it has commissioned both a second and third series of Matt Baker: Our Farm in the Dales.
The show follows the TV presenter and three generations of his family as they run their organic sheep farm in the Durham hills and was a huge hit, drawing almost 2 million viewers when the first series aired earlier this year.
As a result the broadcaster has commissioned two new six-part series, as well as a festive special for Christmas 2020.
Deborah Dunnett, C4's commissioning editor for features, said: "I am absolutely thrilled that the Bakers will once again be sharing their rural paradise with More4 viewers.
"We've all loved spending time in the company of the family and their animals, against the glorious backdrop of the Durham Dales, so to have two new series and a Christmas special to look forward to is just an utter joy."
The programme ranks as the highest-rated original commission in More4's 16 years on air.
