Phillip Schofield has been dropped as an ambassador by The Prince's Trust amid the ongoing scandal surrounding his departure from This Morning.
Earlier this month the 61-year-old left the daytime show after serving for 21 years as host, then days later admitted to having had an affair with a much younger male colleague on the programme.
Questions continue to be asked about how much ITV knew about the relationship - Schofield has revealed that he did lie to his bosses about his liaisons - as the future of This Morning itself hangs in the balance.
Away from ITV, Schofield has worked with charity The Prince's Trust - set up by King Charles in the 1970s to help disadvantaged youths - for some time but he has now been removed from their website.
A spokesperson confirmed: "In light of Phillip's recent admissions, we have agreed with him that it is no longer appropriate to work together."
Schofield's adverts for a now-lapsed deal with WeBuyAnyCar.Com have also been taken down by the retailer.
