Sky takes over from Prime Video as the UK broadcaster of Jean Smart comedy-drama Hacks.

Sky has signed a deal to take over from Prime Video as the new broadcaster for Hacks in the UK.

The acclaimed comedy-drama stars Jean Smart as a legendary Las Vegas stand-up comedian who forms a working partnership with a young comedy writer.

Season three will launch on Sky Max and NOW on Friday, February 7 alongside complete boxsets of season one and two.

Season four is expected to premiere in the US in May and will also be broadcast by Sky - most likely in the same-day-and-date tradition of other US shows.

The news comes after the recent deal between Sky and HBO for continued carriage of the latter's content when the Max streaming service launches in the UK in January 2026.
