24kGoldn's Mood to knock WAP off top spot?

24kGoldn's 'Mood' could knock Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion's 'WAP' off the top of the UK singles chart this week, early sales figures suggest.

24kGoldn and Iann Dior's 'Mood' is in with a shot of becoming the UK number one this week, according to early sales data from the Official Charts Company.

The US rapper's track has made a stealthy ascent up the charts over the last month and rose to a new high of two last week, just behind Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion's 'WAP'.

Based on the first 48 hours of sales, 'WAP' still leads 'Mood' but the gap is just 700 chart sales with five days remaining.

S1mba and KSI's 'Loose' looks set to be the week's highest new entry and is currently tracking at nine, five places behind KSI's collab with Nathan Dawe, 'Lighter'.

Elsewhere, Jason Derulo is on course to enter the top 10 with 'Take You Dancing', up four to seven in the midweeks.
