ITV has confirmed that Celebrity Big Brother and Big Brother will both return for new series in 2025.
News of the recommissions comes ahead of tonight's live final of the latest civilian series - the second since ITV resurrected the format last year - and as the show reaches an impressive 96 million streams on ITVX.
The next celebrity series is due to air on the spring - again on ITV1 - with the third series of the regular incarnation following on ITV2 later in the year. Spinoff show Late & Live will continue on ITV2, while late night live streams will play out on ITVX.
"Big Brother programming has firmly established itself across ITV's platforms and become a favourite with our viewers," said Paul Mortimer, ITV's head of reality.
"Together, Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother have grown audiences on ITV1 and ITV2 and amassed almost 100 million streams on ITVX.
"We're therefore very excited to be able to throw open the House doors once again for another series of both Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother in 2025 which are sure to promise more unmissable entertaining and captivating moments."
Tonight's live finale plays out from 9pm on ITV2.
