Big Brother housemates will make two nominations each this week, it has been confirmed.

Big Brother will return to its traditional nominations format this week, it has been revealed.

Last week, the 16 housemates nominated for the first time - but were each asked to nominate just one person for eviction.

The process left Farida and Kerry to face the public vote, with Farida becoming the first to leave the house on Friday night.

This week the nominations will return to the more familiar format, however, with the 15 remaining housemates having to select two people each.

Furthermore, whereas last week's nominations took place on Thursday - just a day before the eviction - this week they will take place today (Tuesday), with the nominations being revealed during Wednesday's main show.

Big Brother continues Sunday to Friday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
