Fox News confirms that correspondent Benjamin Hall is out of Ukraine after being injured in an incident which killed two colleagues.

Fox News correspondent Benjamin Hall has made it out of Ukraine, days after being injured in an attack that killed two of his colleagues.

Consultant producer Oleksandra Kuvshynova and cameraman Pierre Zakrzewski died on Monday after the vehicle they were travelling in came under fire from Russian forces near the Ukrainian capital of Kiev.

Hall was hospitalised in Ukraine after being injured in the incident - with unconfirmed reports suggesting that he may have lost part of his leg - but now he is receiving treatment outside of the country.

In an update to staff, Fox News Media chief exec Suzanne Scott said: "Ben is alert and in good spirits. He is being treated with the best possible care in the world and we are in close contact with his wife and family. Please continue to keep him in your prayers."

Hall - originally from the UK - had relocated to Ukraine last month to help anchor Fox's ongoing coverage of the Russian invasion.
