Curtis reveals his secret
Emma rushes Ruby to A&E after she accidentally swallows one of Curtis's pills - but she's left confused when the doctor reveals that there's no need to worry as it was only a vitamin tablet.

When Curtis returns home claiming that he's exhausted from his run, Emma's waiting with the pill box and demands answers.

After getting nothing out of the doctor, a frustrated Emma calls Curtis's dad Neville and asks him about Curtis's condition. Eventually, Curtis admits the truth - he's not dying but got addicted to the attention that the lie brought him. Emma's furious and orders him to pack his bags - but will some news from Steve alter things?

Emma listens on overwhelmed as Curtis tells the psychologist how he's been lying for years about dying just for the attention. Later, he begs Emma to go through with the wedding and promises he'll try to get better. What will she do?

Maria's touched when Sally asks her to speak about her clean air campaign during a press interview but it goes terribly as Sally ends up belittling her cause.
Later, Maria's incensed when Sally decides to support a new housing development on the Red Rec after being promised first refusal on the show home. Deciding enough is enough, she tells Sally that she's going to run for the council herself after all.
