The episode of EastEnders originally due to air on BBC One last night will instead air tonight on BBC Two.
Following the death of The Queen yesterday afternoon, the BBC cleared the schedules of its flagship channel and has been broadcasting non-stop news coverage ever since - resulting in Thursday and Friday's primetime schedules being scrapped.
This week's final visit to Walford will now play out at 7.30pm tonight on BBC Two, with the soap expected to return to its regular 7.30pm BBC One slot on Monday night.
As things stand the BBC has yet to confirm the full BBC One schedule for Saturday, although like ITV, the channel is expected to continue with news coverage for most - if not all - of the day.
Episodes of Celebrity MasterChef due to air last night and tonight are now likely to play out next week instead.
