Hollyoaks actor Ross Adams has filmed his final scenes on the Channel 4 soap.
The actor has played fan-favourite Scott Drinkwell for more than nine years but is one of around 20 cast members leaving amid a cost-saving shakeup.
Taking to social media, Adams revealed that he had recorded Scott's exit scene on Friday (May 31), suggesting that his on-screen departure will come on - or near - the one-year time jump storyline, which is due to air in September.
He wrote: "Been away filming in Malta but back on home soil now ready to shoot my last ever scene on @Hollyoaks this Friday."
Adams has already landed his first post-Hollyoaks role, starring in series two of Channel 5's The Good Ship Murder alongside fellow soap stars Shayne Ward, Catherine Tyldesley and Claire Sweeney.
